A graduate of St. Louis University School of Medicine, he completed his ophthalmology training as Chief Resident and earned his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University. As Medical Director of TOC Eye in New York, Dr. Basilice has been committed to serving the local community and has maintained active medical staff roles at both Mather and St. Charles Hospitals throughout his career.
